Who I am

As a highly motivated career woman, I understand the challenges and confusion that come with navigating your professional path. I’ve been there. That's why I help my clients gain clarity and develop the skills necessary to advance their careers.

I have 10+ years of experience working with stakeholders. I hold a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Leadership & Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies and Psychology, and I have 6 years of experience as a corporate interviewer and diversity recruiter at PepsiCo. and Uber. I’m well versed and well equipped to empower my clients, using a skills-based approach that I developed when applying to business school. I have continued to develop this method throughout my professional career. This approach helped me focus on my universal skills and problem-solving abilities, which directly led to success in my career at both PepsiCo. and Uber.

What I do and Why

I motivate and educate groups and individuals on how to tell their unique story in a way that is clear and compelling to employers and other seemingly impenetrable institutions. I coach individuals through career transitions and growth. I collaborate with companies and organizations to train interviewers, provide corporate communication training, and educate groups via panels or speeches. I love to make deep genuine connections and inspire authenticity and inclusivity with every engagement. 

DE&I is injected into everything I do. When working with companies, all trainings are done through a lens that promotes DE&I and removes bias. Many of my clients hold identities that can make them feel excluded or unseen - folks who are neurodivergent, LGBTQ, racial minorities, and more. I coach clients to embrace their authenticity and let their light shine…even if some people need shades for all their brilliance. This idea is why I do what I do!

Life has taught me to embrace my unique perspective and understand my worth. In turn, this has enabled me to successfully break into systems, institutions, and groups not traditionally built for people “like me” – all while staying true to my authentic core and values.
